William O. Merriman, Jr. was born in Parkersburg, West Virginia on September 11, 1969 and graduated from Parkersburg High School in 1987, Glenville State College in 1992 and Capital University in 1996. Bill was admitted to the bar in September 1996. He is a member of the American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocate Forum.
